Being confident when planning a prom event is not bad. However, this becomes risky when you now become overconfident. Instead of doing you good, you might end up with nothing constructive planned at all. There are so many activities that accompany an event. For instance for a successful quinceanera event, there are so many preparations to keep in mind. You know, you will need to go to church, invite all close relatives and then there is the social bit of it. It never ends with choosing the quinceanera dresses.
Why not distribute the duties to some friends or immediate family members to help you? This might leave you with enough time to plan on the appropriate dresses. You must not shoulder the responsibilities of the homecoming event alone. I mean we are a family for a reason.
Even if you take responsibility of the entire cost, you should find it reasonable to assign duties. Maybe, you can even pick one person to help you choose the homecoming dresses for the homecoming event. This will work well for you and indeed it will end with a resounding success.
We are encouraged to be independent but then again this cannot work out so perfectly when it comes to prom. The same advisers advice that you work with others to get success. Heed their advice.
